You’ll work alongside our core team to co-develop strategies, frameworks, and organizational models for clients across diverse industries.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or co-lead consulting projects focused on strategy, organization, or performance
- Help clients translate vision into actionable frameworks
- Facilitate structured dialogue and guide decision-making
- Contribute insights, models, and analysis to Indelible Dome’s internal knowledge base
You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational design, or strategic development
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while aligning with shared methodologies
- Proficiency in English (additional languages welcome)

- Work closely with consultants to ensure content reflects logic and structure

- Background in communications, consulting, or editorial strategy
- Excellent written English and ability to synthesize complex information
- Comfort working independently with calm, deliberate pace
- Curiosity about business, reasoning, and organizational systems
